• Our programs are primarily designed for people aged 14 and above.

• Access to certain services may require eligibility under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

• By using our services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms of Use.

3. Use of Services

When engaging with YeAA:

• You agree to provide accurate information when registering or making enquiries.

• You must not use our services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

• You agree to respect our staff, mentors, and other participants at all times.

4. Program Availability

• YeAA may modify, suspend, or discontinue programs at any time without notice.

• While we aim to provide consistent services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors outside our control.

5. Fees & Funding

• Some services are covered under NDIS funding categories (such as Capacity Building or CORE).

• It is the responsibility of participants (or their carers/managers) to confirm eligibility and ensure correct funding allocation.

• YeAA currently supports Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS plans only.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the YeAA website (text, graphics, logos, images, etc.) remains the property of YeAA unless otherwise stated.
